Who it’s for
This course is for beach tennis amateurs — both those just stepping onto the sand and those who already play and want to bring order to their technique. It doesn’t replace a coach: it’s a reference you can come back to after practice or right on the court from your phone.
What’s inside
Every lesson has the same structure:
- a short vertical video — the technique shown without extra words, from several angles;
- a description — how the shot is executed, step by step;
- pros and cons — when the shot pays off and what you risk;
- tips — what to keep in mind on the court.
Lessons are grouped by level — beginner, intermediate, advanced — and by topic: smashes, power shots, drop shots, lobs, serves, movement, pair communication, stroke mechanics. Tags on the cards tell you what a lesson is about: attack or defense, ball height, forehand or backhand, spin type.
How to use it
Watch the video → read the breakdown → try it on the court. Come back to the tips after playing: they read differently once you’ve tried the shot.
A living course
The course keeps growing: new lessons and modules are added gradually, and some lessons will get their videos later. Translations may lag slightly behind the Russian original.
